NEW!! Online Customer Portal and Mobile App
Hartselle Utilities now offers a NEW online Customer Portal and convenient NEW Mobile App! Search for “Hartselle Utilities” in your Apple or Google Play app stores to download our new app.
Sign-up using your customer account number on your billing statement. It’s quick and easy to manage your account and schedule payments online (fees will apply).
Hartselle Utilities’ previous online payment and electronic statement portals, including the Paybill.com Site and E-bill Paperless Billing Site, will be eventually phased out, so please sign up to use the NEW account management tools today!
Located in our glass foyer at our main office lobby, the PaySite kiosk accepts debit and credit cards, cash, and checks. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payments post to your account immediately.
The first time you use the kiosk, you will need your customer account number or scan the barcode on your bill. You have the option of setting up a MyPaySite account, using your phone number and a PIN, for easier logins in the future.
This is an automated phone payment service and you will need your full account number located on your billing statement.

PLEASE NOTE: A service fee of $3.95 will be charged for debit and credit card payments and a fee of $1.95 will be charged for electronic checks utilizing this system.

Harstelle Utilities lobby and drive through are open Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm (except for observed holidays) located at:
