Hartselle Utilities allows customers to designate an individual or agency, other than the customer at the billing address, who will guarantee their utility bill, or to provide notification to a third party not guaranteeing the bill.
This plan is available to all residential customers.
This plan is subject in all respects to these rules and regulations and the standard service policies of Hartselle Utilities.
